When in Rome, do as the Romans do

I am Agon Germizaj, father. In 2007, I moved from Kosovo to Finland for love.

After moving to Finland, I have gone through all the integration stages aimed at immigrants. And that is the example of the country in the country, because I strongly believe that if we have the attitude that anything is possible, then the possibilities are endless.

My goal is to show Finns and immigrants that it is good to be in Finland and have great opportunities for success.

I speak six different languages ​​and I use about five of them actively, speaking and writing.

In Kosovo, I studied ethnology and graduated as an ethnologist. I like to look at things from the grassroots level and through doing, I see many aspects of things and always opportunities instead of challenges. After moving to Finland, I became interested in the IT field and went to study audiovisual communication. Now I have been working as a web designer for 10 years.

Over the years, I have worked in a variety of jobs. I have been a journalist, starred in movies, played football, worked as a waitress, chef and web designer, and worked as an entrepreneur since 2013. Now I want to give my accumulated experience in politics.

Positivity

A positive attitude can go a long way, and at the same time respect should be earned. I have done a lot of work towards this. I am well integrated into society and I want to make a difference, make a difference and try to improve and help others to integrate more quickly into Finnish society.

Multi-culture

Finland needs immigrants, that is a fact. The current integration strategy should be modified and reformed, e.g. so that the employment of immigrants is key. Integration should be based on the immigrant becoming part of society from the outset and not being excluded.

Entrepreneurship

Turku is a very vibrant city that is growing and developing all the time, it is a very positive thing. Looking to the future, it also requires entrepreneurship.

Politics needs a better understanding of the business world and business. We also want to promote the participation of entrepreneurs in politics and opportunities for influence. Entrepreneurs deserve stronger and more expert representation in politics.

Movement Now – The most Modern Party

Movement Now is Finland’s most modern party. The aim of the movement is to reform policy by involving citizens in the various stages of decision-making. The movement uses new and open technologies to bring politics closer to its goal, the people.

The movement is building a new political culture in which decisions are made in the interest of the entire country, taking things into account instead of ideologies. The movement’s policy is not based on confrontation, but on constructive discussion and cooperation.
